VILLA AIGUABLAVA

It is located in a quiet residential area, only 15 minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Aiguablava and 5 km from the center of Begur. It consists of two floors with a tower, private garden, solar heated swimming pool and terrace with BBQ area. It enjoys beautiful views over the sea and the surrounding mountains. The ground floor houses a spacious hallway, a large fully equipped kitchen with adjacent dining area in the circular tower, spacious lounge with fireplace and full size snooker table that is ideal for passing time with family and friends. This all leads to a terrace dining area with a large built-in BBQ. On the upper floor are four double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms. The master suite and 2nd bedroom both have access to a terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the mountain. The Solar Heated swimming pool has water heated by the sun and pumped into it, this can be regulated, so that you can have a cool pool in the summer, but a warmer more swimmable pool in the months of April, May and June. The pool is an infinity pool with views over the Mediterranean towards the beach of Aiguablava. The 4 sun loungers, and the exterior lounge set is situated there, and has a nice grassy patch for when the kids want to play, or lie down with their towels.
