How to achieve that is to provide the relevant information regarding the basic details of your home:
- Catastral, and all relevant details
- Photo Presentation of the home and the area
- 3D scan of the home and the area
- Escritura of the home, and all relevant documentation to it. (eg.. architectural diagrams, construction projects, tasaciones)
Apart from that, a short video of you, the owner, explaining your intentions and reasons to sell. By being transparent and proving your reasons, you provide a person with the intent to buy the confidence to make the next step.
This information is ONLY available to those that have made a deposit in the platform, thus ensuring that if their intent to purchase is true they are putting up their part.

HOW TO BID
Prospective buyers have to make a deposit that is held by UNiQUE Costa Brava, and allows them to bid on homes. Once a bid is accepted by a homeowner, this deposit is held as guarantees while the purchase is finalized. If both parties come to an agreement, the sale proceeds at the price offered by the buyer, and only the deposit is held by UNiQUE as commissions. Should the sale fall through due to the seller's fault, this deposit is returned to the buyer, or should the sale fail due to reasons of the buyer the deposit is kept by the seller.
There are no time limits to these auctions, and a seller may not accept every bid made. If an offer is not accepted within 1 week, the bid is voided. The bid is public, so anyone registered on the site can see what has been offered and can bid to beat it, and a seller has the right to choose or lose any bid. A buyer can at any time remove their deposit if no bids are pending.
