This modern minimalistic villa, is located a stone-throw from Aiguablava, one of the most sought-after beaches that belong to Begur, Costa Brava. The large floor to ceiling windows take full advantage of the exceptional natural environment which you can enjoy in complete privacy. The villa sleeps 8, has Wifi, a private pool, a lift and is wheelchair accessible. Large open plan living-dining space with stunning views, fully equipped kitchen, dining bar and salon area with guest toilet, Air Conditioning, satellite TV and Wifi internet connection. The villa is set into the rocks; hence the kitchen has a side that is actual bedrock. There are large glass sliding doors which convert the living area into a sort of covered terrace. Outside a spacious terrace with dining table, gas BBQ, 4 sun loungers and a swimming pool of about 7x3 meters. On the first floor are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with shower. One double bedroom with en suite bathroom, two bedrooms with 2 single beds each and the fourth bedroom with bunk bed for children. An elevator accommodates the elderly and disabled. There is 1 parking bay in front of the house and 2 parking spaces on the side of the street. The villa is in a 'cul-du-sac' (dead end street), so only cars to 2 further properties drive past. The villa is located between Aiguablava beach and Tamariu. We will do utmost to provide and fulfill any special requests you might have before your arrival and during your stay. The villa is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families with children (baby cot and high chair at your disposal). On the rocks of the impressive Empordà coast line, where you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs below and the seagulls overhead.
